Organic Shampoo's
Thanks to research and loving to read and few wonderful ladies on a hairblog I belong to, Ive found that sulfates are not good for us. Or our hair. Who knew those bubbles could degrease engines and scrub concrete to a pristine finish. And we put that on our delicate hair and our sensitive scalps.
Not mention our brain and nervous system sits right underneath that little barrier called skin.
Well today folk I bought two all natural shampoos.
I will be giving reviews on both of them as I use them.
The first product id like to share is called, Avalon Organics.. I bought it in the lemon with shea butter.. Spent 7.99 on an 11 oz bottle. Paraben, Petroleum, Sulfate, synthetic fragrance free.
Smells like a lemon orchard on a warm breezy day.
Next is Hugo everyday naturals in Lemon and White Tea, its got some great ingredients however it does contain wheat protein, im not sure if any readers are allergic, I hope not. The wheat protein is the third from last ingredient so im not concerned with the amount of protein buildup. This cost 11.99 for a 16oz bottle.
I will start with the Avalon Organics

3rd wash
and last wash of the bottle.
I will follow up with the Hugo same as above only I think I can make it up to 5 washes and then the last wash of the bottle.
Ill make a permanent decision from there.

Green Goup
Hello Hello Hello.
Today I want to address trends, so as you all know, Eco freindly products are all the rage, and they actually work better than most of the products out here that pumps foreign chemicals into your body and our environment. My hope is to contribute to lessining waste materials where ever possible.
In upcoming months I will be offering staples to every womans ( men, you too) regimen. What can you expect ?
I would want My line of hair and body products, green and as organic as possible. So being eco conscious has some interesting challenges and landfill consuming plastics keep presenting themselves to me. I feel there is a better way. Im thinking of going the Carton route, Paper lined with aluminum, cant get any more biodegradable than that, but of course the fear is in product presentability. A small part of me is worried that my potential clients could say " shampoo in a carton? WTH ? ". But my hope is that small niceties like Plastic bottles in all the fancy shapes and sizes, wont over shadow the bigger picture. A bottle of shampoo only lasts me a little over 5 weeks if im washing every other day. That's a lot of waste.
And every piece of plastic counts.
